I will grant that the shower head provided great pressure, and a nice full spray pattern, which is why I'm giving two stars.But with such a large, top-heavy sprayer, you would expect a heavy-duty, metal bracket to hang it on. Don't be fooled, except for the outer shielding of the hose which is very thin stainless steel, this is all shiny plastic parts. When I installed it, I was really worried about breaking it (and I wasn't even using tools). Then when I used it , I was still worried about breaking it, just by manipulating the sprayer and hanging it in place.Also, if you look at the pictures, the bracket is mounted on a horizontal pipe, showing that curved handle providing a downward angle. However, if your shower pipe exits the wall and then angles down (like every one I've ever seen) than the natural inclination of this shower head will be to spray back against the wall the shower is mounted on. I adjusted the flimsy plastic bracket at as high of an angle as possible and still only managed to angle the shower spray directly vertical--straight down.I ended up buying the Moen Magnetix, and liking that much better. It is also entirely plastic, but it doesn't cantilever out nearly far as this one, and the magnet holds the shower head by the heavy end.

I’m so disappointed in this shower head. I discovered after it was installed that it refuses to stay up in the position I want it in. The weight of the shower head causes the holder to drop down to the bottom position. No way to fix it. I don’t know if I can return this after it’s been installed or not, but I’m very sad that it isn’t an improvement over what I had before. I included a short video showing it drop slowly from the highest position to the lowest. So frustrating!

This showerhead is really easy to install and it only took less than 15 minutes to install it and the different water massage feature was great.Much better water pressure compared to my old one.The stainless steel hose is much nicer.

I believe I received a defective product. I thought if I spent a bit more I would get better quality but I was wrong. The shower head is way to heavy therefore makes the entire thing come downward. I have to adjust it every 10 seconds or else I’m showering on top of the wall. I would love a refund ! Or a better product ASAP !

Its of good quality. Made of good quality materials/metals, It's very sleek, shiny and modern looking and has great water flow and great massaging modes.I'm always on the lookout for that perfect shower head and this is it. Love this shower head! The stainless steel hose is nice, long and very well made.

I followed the directions, hand-tightened the connections.Easy to adjust 9 spray pattern and to activate pause button.
