Organic Traditional White Bread Flour 1kg

This flour made excellent bread rolls and hot cross buns, and I was very glad to have it, even at the price it was being sold for at the time, which did include postage. If we had another shortage I would probably buy it again as the baking made with it was definitely a success.

Love that it's organic, think it's a little expensive but seeing as there was more chance of getting hold of rocking horse poop than purchasing bread and flour during the pandemic lockdown I decided to get it.It is exactly what it says it is...Arrived in good time, packaged well and happy with the product.

Have ordered this flour a couple of times now and not been disappointed with the quality. It makes superb white bread. It has quite a delicate texture to it - felt different to supermarket bought flour but holds together well and tastes lovely once baked.I did have to contact the seller as the second batch of flour's bag was slightly damaged in transit (only lost a small amount in the delivery box - most of it I was still able to use) but the problem was dealt with promptly and seller was very helpful.

I have just baked a batch of rolls and am delighted with the result. This flour is superior to anything I have used before. The rolls have a lovely smooth, tasty texture, are light and perfect for lunch with soup. Quality is worth paying a little extra for. I am buying two more bags.

I bought this flour because it was all I could get at the time. I am not a baker by any means but I have perfected my white tin loaf, at least I thought I had until I used this flour. I usually use a good quality flour but this flour has taken my bread to another level. The taste and texture of the bread was amazing with a lovely crust. I will definitely use this flour again.

Already made very authentic bageuttes and a seven-day pizza dough. Yum. Worth all the wait.

It's organic strong white bread flour ~ what's not to like? The bread it makes is delicious. My only quibble would be that it arrives in small quantities....
