Excellent design gives the X100T an ergonomic boost
Thought I'd let potential buyers in on my opinion about the product... with only 3 reviews before me I wasn't confident it would meet my expectations. It turns out its a real nice hand/thumb grip for the X100T. I tried the Fuji MHG-X100 and its lack of contouring and the absence of a thumb rest make it only slightly better than no grip at all. I was actually thinking of adding a shoe-mount thumb grip to the MHG when I discovered the Multi-Grip and decided to give it a try. By a previous review I was expecting an aluminum base plate attached to a formed plastic upper section, but its actually 100% sturdy lightweight nylon plastic. After a little difficulty getting it attached to the camera (note: don't try fitting it on if you have anything attached to the right hand strap lug), I was able to appreciate how well its designed. It basically transformed the camera in exactly the way I was hoping; the controls are all easily and comfortably reachable; the thumb rest in combination with the front grip give it a one-hand-able feel that I have with my X-T1 with iShoot grip; and its light weight make it feel even more positive in the hand. Additionally the Multi-Grip protects 3 of the 4 corners of the camera body in case you accidentally drop your Fuji. All the up sides of the Multi-Grip make the few not-so-good things bearable... the finish of the nylon plastic is a little rough and inconsistent in its color (certainly a departure from powder painted aluminum of the MGH), and the front textured hand grip area is just a thin spongy pad adhered to the nylon plastic. When I unpacked it that thin pad was partially un-adhered so I had to do some thumb-pressure burnishing with the aid of a heat gun. I'm not sure how durable the product will be in the long run but the design alone make it a real nice addition to my X100T kit. Stay tuned for some pictures within a week or so.

Decent grip, slow customer service
The Metro Case grip for X100 series Fujifilm cameras has a lot going for it. It is extremely lightweight and really does help the with one-handed operation of X100 series cameras. I would say that the rear thumbgrip is not large enough to replace a hotshoe thumbgrip (or "thumbs up" grip as some people like to call them). The rear grip section sticks out from the right side and is not deep enough to reach where my thumb naturally sits. Also, the thumb grip section is a bit loose and has quite a bit of give if you tub on it. Otherwise, the grip is quite solid and is a nice addition to your X100, X100S, or X100T. If it weren't for the black color being a bit off (because of the Nylon 12 material) and the wobbly rear thumb grip, this would be one of the better options for X100 owners. One thing to keep in mind is that the grip does not allow for the use of many d-rings or camera strap lugs. The clearance around the side attachments of the X100/S/T really only allows for a string-loop strap attachment, which will limit your strap options. However, this brings me to the biggest issue of this grip and Metro Case's customer service. I was not satisfied with the grip that I ordered from the Metro Case website and my particular grip had a bit of a gap between my camera the grip itself, so I tried to contact them for a refund. It has been over a week and four emails and I have yet to receive a response from Metro Case.I am hoping that I will get a response with return instructions with this review. If you want to do business with Metro Case, make sure that you buy with some sort of protection from Amazon because as of my current experience, there is zero customer service from Metro Case and I do not feel confident with how well they stand behind their products.Update: I was contacted by Metro Case after two weeks of emails. After sending back the case and waiting another two weeks, my refund came through.

Perfect design! Now that I've had it, I can't live without it.
This is one of the best designed grips you will ever find.Add to that it’s feather weight and super durability and you get a do not miss product. The x100 is a great little camera already. Add this grip and the camera feels instantly as though it’s part of your hand.Seriously, it’s that well designed. The inside grip of your thumb and index fingers against the softly textured nylon(?) is ideal. The curvature and placement of the finger moulding is such that your finger/thumb tips find the control buttons and dials without effort or searching.Frankly I’m surprised I how much an accesory can add to the usability of an already great camera but,... it has.Forget about stupid shoe mounted thumb grips that get hung up on your cloths and camera bag…. This is what you really need! Now… make one for my XE bodies will you guys?

Fuji X100T multi-grip
Excellent product, very light and provides excellent protection for the camera. The integrated thumb rest allows the flash hotshoe to be used again. Highly recommended product.
