As a stay-at-home mom always on the go, this kit is the best! I like that it came in a small bag that I can just get over the shoulder and bring to any room, place, or even park with me and do it while at the playground. The online books are even better than paper ones as I can always go back to that link and revisit some more tips for stretching and exercising while picking up kids from activities. The bands are very soft and feel nice to the skin even with sweat.

I purchased this so I can start working out at home and maybe one day make it to the gym. I love the fact that the bands come in different sizes and thr core sliders the design is super cute and also very happy with the quality of everything.PLUS it comes with a booklet on how to do certain excersizes and pictures which is great because im clueless.

There areso many sets like this on Amazon but this one! awesome! As described, each band resistance is improved, exactly what was needed!!! The bands seem to be decently made and had better resistance than I expected. The sliders work great as well. I liked this set so much that I decided to order the booty band set too.

I really like that the materials were easy to read. When unable to get to the gym my bands and sliders has done the job for me right in the comfort of my home. The exercises included in the purchase has been most helpful. I will try a few of the dishes during the week. Love, love, love my bands, sliders, eating and workout plans.

When I initially got the kit, I was extremely pleased. The carrying bag keeps everything clean, conveniently organized, and travel ready. The sliders are awesome, enabling me to preform my exercises regardless of the floor type. I especially appreciate the included insert and downloadable app which allow me to get greater use out of them. I’m not so pleased with the bands. They want to roll or twist up on themselves, as opposed to lying flat on the leg, which makes them uncomfortable, even painful, to use. This happens on both bare skin and fabric and I’ve stopped using them because of it. I can definitely recommend the slider desks but the resistance bands get a thumbs down.

Great product! Resistance bands are high quality. Come with app for phone that demonstrates all exercises that can be done with product. Really well put together and a added bonus to motivate use of the product. Even came with an added resistance band thing I was not expecting.

I bought the set that came with resistance bands and sliders. I just started 80 day obsession and the light band snapped on day 2. I wasn’t even putting much resistance against it and I did check it for defects. They constantly rolled, refused to lay flat, and were just an annoyance. I was so disappointed after reading all the great reviews.

While this comes in great packaging and it’s cute, it does not give any resistance. I am new to working out and have no leg strength, I used the x-heavy band and it gave no resistance at all. Just watch my video, it’s as if I not even using a band with how easily I can open for the reps. I tried the others and they were of corse even weaker. There’s was almost no difference in doing the exercise with the band and without the band. Do not spend your money on this. Im returning it and hopefully finding something else that will give me some resistance and provide and adequate workout.
