The bed arrived in several boxes, very well packaged. No damage to any upholstered parts. It took about 2 hours to assemble by one person. Make sure to adjust the level to all legs as your floors might not be straight before attaching slats to the bed frame. My 12 year old daughter, who selected it as her birthday present is very happy with it. The lounge is very comfortable for her and the slats easily support the weight of the queen size Tempur Pedic mattress. All in all great purchase. Need at least 2 people to carry the parts to avoid scratching the upholstery on the door frames.

Good quality. Great customer service. Thay call you to arrange delivery. You get a call after the order is place d to check color and size. Very easy to assemble. Suggestions: Price is little bit high for the material. Pl pack some extra nuts and bolts. Thanks

Bed was easy to put together. I like the bed. Disappointed in the material that is used to upholster the bed. I choose the black leather looking material but you can see the hair and dust it attracts. It will be something that will be needed to dusted every week. If you have dogs and allow them to sleep in your bed the material used to upholstery really shows the dog hair. The material is a real magnet for hair and dust. I am short 5ft 0in and the height of the bed is perfect for me. I would still buy the bed again if given a choice. This is the second bed I have bought from "Greatime". Satisfied with both. Just wish they would use a better quality material. I bought a 6 inch mattress with a 3 inch mattress topper and the height is perfect.

At first the side piece came damaged but after reaching out they quickly sent out a replacement. One of the holes for the feet to screw in was too small so I had to use a machine set to make it the proper size.

The bed is amazing. I’ve been using it for a few months now and have had absolutely no problems with it so far. Although, when I received the shipping, the boxes the parts arrived in were heavily damaged. The products inside were fine except for one piece with tore in the corner. I didn’t make a big deal about it since that was the corner against the wall so I just superglued it together and forgot about it. Be advised, the material on the top is not sturdiest of materials. It can and will damage easily.

Beautiful bed, soft leather but came ripped at one place, thankfully back of the bed so it won’t show. Otherwise very happy with the frame. We didn’t use the slats as they always break, we dropped two mattresses into the frame right on the floor which we have always done with all bed frames, makes a jumping proof bed that will literally hold all kinds of jumping and shenanigans lol!

The bed is very pretty. Very easy to assemble. The packaging left a bit to be desired but the bed itself was in perfect condition.Very happy with this investment and it is a compliment machine
