Wish that this pencil was softer... it pulls on your lips a bit, and also needs to be sharpened. Here's a tip: apply lip balm, then wipe most of the balm off. Your lightly moisturized lips will make the pencil easier to apply.

I've been using Gabriel cosmetics eyeliner for a couple of years now. I love how smooth and touch the color is, easy to take off and manipulate the shape that I had to try the lip liner. I ran out of bare escentuals that I've been using and needed something just as matte so I decided to try this line. I bought Chestnut, Wine, and Mahogany. All colors are great, rich, and matte. I bought them for different occasions. I will be a returning customer!

I really love Gabriel brand cosmetics. This lipliner did not disappoint!The Nutmeg color was perfect for me. It's a nude/brown shade and compliments my fair skin nicely (Mac NW 13 foundation matches my skin).I love the matte finish of the liner and the staying power. This liner works really well, and it's great that it doesn't have any harmful ingredients! I wear it with the Gabriel lipstick in Taupe, and find it's a great match.

This color is about 1 shade darker than Gabriel's Nutmeg. Color stays on pretty much all day. I line my lips and then apply a Burts or Neutrogena lip balm- lipstick is too thick feeling for me. Great darker shade! Sharpens well and has a nice smooth application. Will be buying again!

It's so hard to tell color from a monitor and the chestnut wasn't the best on me, but it's a good quality lip liner and I like that's it's not full of toxic chemicals. I think I'll try another shade.

I have several of these pencils and like them a lot....they're easy to apply and don't make your lips feel dry. This nutmeg color is a little more brown than I'd prefer (would have liked it to be a bit more pink). I'd classify it more as a warm neutral. Nonetheless, it does it's job well.

The perfect neutral shade for me. Doesn’t look awful when it’s wearing off because it’s close to my natural color. Great for filling in the line without screaming lip liner.

Always loved this brand. Wish Whole Foods still carried it. Lipliner slides on smoothly and the berry color blends in with any pinkish shade. Very happy with purchase.
