Great digital level for the price
I have been using a couple of this product for about two years and am glad I purchased it. I don't know how accurate the other brands are but this one is accurate enough for my purpose. I mainly use this for metal framing and it has been a great helper for the work. Just to make sure I frequently check and calibrate as needed.I purchased the third one that proves that I like this product. However, their customer service is questionable since I did not receive any response after submitting a question. I had to give it five stars because it did not ask about the customer service.

Great product and great customer service!
The first one came in bowed.....and I immediately asked for a replacement, which came the next day! Easy to use and accurate, and super customer service!

Easier to find on the job and has a bag!
I have several types of levels that I used as a professional mechanic, now retired. I prefer these for simple carpentry jobs around the house and yard. I have bought several upgraded levels of different sizes.

Needed calibration out of the box
0.0 did not align to the vials (which were double checked with a different level) out of the box. Seems fine now but worried calibration will be a frequent occurrence.

Did its job when it worked
Stopped working completely in less than one year. Didn't drop it, leave it outside, or abuse it in any way. Just stopped working. Sucks!

Good back lighting, works well, easy to read and strong magnetic hold.Battery's that come with didn't last long. Hope some energizers last longer.
