Hair is good quality but the length received was not the length advertised. The seller is attempting to offer a resolve. Waiting to see if they are going to make things right.....

Ordered 28 inches, measured and it’s actually 30 in which I’m in love with. Bottom is THICK!!! Which if y’all know wigs, Y’all know what I mean, YASSS! Lace melts into skin easy. It did have a small smell, but that washed right out. The hair got a bit more curly which I loved with washing. Overall truly beautiful hair.

Amazing Wig! Could Not Be Happier!
One of the two best wigs I have ever owned and the other is a $400 custom unit. The hair is super soft definitely 10A quality and 100% human hair. I shampooed and conditioned the unit and there was no tangling and only two strands that shed (if you can even call that shedding). The wig has baby hair and is gently pre-plucked, which is enough for me, but others may want to pluck a bit more. Unit is full, but I would say density is between 140% and 150%. Lace is 13x5 rather than 13x6, but is still huge because the lace not only measures 5 inches from front to back, but 5 inches across (left to right). And the length! The length of the wig is EXTREMELY GENEROUS! 20 inch unit is easily 25 inches when stretched. Unbelievable wig, especially for the price and excellent customer service!
