This is awesome!
I've had a hell of a time trying to find an IFAK case that was the right size, belt mountable, detachable, and at a reasonable cost. It's not like there are a ton of belt mountable/detachable cases available to begin with but the ones that are out there are fairly expensive and usually in the $60-$80 range...just for the stand alone case. This one is also the right size. It's not so big as to take up a tone of belt space and it will hold a pair of standard Hyfin vented chest seals, an Israeli bandage, a pack of Quick Clot gauze, decompression needle, a #28 NPA, trauma shears, pen, and tape. And it will do so with some room left over and without you losing your mind trying to figure out how to get all that in. You may also be able to get a CAT or SOFTT Wide TQ in it OR some additional supplies if you pack it right. I prefer to carry my TQ, however, in a separate stand alone pouch.I've taken a picture of the back of the pouch as I hadn't seen one posted yet, so you can see your mounting options. I took the picture in the manner that case was sent and you'll notice that the two molle straps are pictured with the sewn part on the bottom and the snaps on top. This is how the case came but it shouldn't matter as you can simply rotate it over and mount it oriented with the sewn portion on top and the snaps on the bottom like most molle is mounted. You can also orient the actual bag however you wish with the pull handle on the top or on the bottom. The main point is that it is certainly belt mountable as well as vest mountable.

Best Ifak I've found
By far the best ifak pouch I've found for the price. Durable. Just the right size. The hyfin vent full size chest seals fit perfectly and that is about how big the pouch is. I was able to get everything I carry in my other Ifaks plus some. Can be belt mounted or molle mounted.

does what I need it to do
Perfect for what I need. Fits everything I need for one tramatic heavy bleed injury. (One trama pad, one roll compression bandage, 2 packages gauze PLUS tape, small bag of bandaids, mole skin, emt scissors, etc) easy to use. Only thing I wish it had was elastic straps on the bottom where you could put a tourniquet.Do not expect this item to fulfill a complete medkit. If you are expecting everyone to have issues in whatever you are doing you should not buy this but invest your money in life insurance. If you are planning for an unlikely (but may possibly happen) injury and you have basic first aid skills this can hold what you may need to get the injured person to the net echelon of care.

Colors are really confusing
When I purchased this item, I selected the MG color listed on the site which appeared in the images to be a like a coyote tan. I was wrong. This is much more of an OD green color. Other than that the pouch seems like a durable good little pouch. I'll be contacting the seller to see if I can get a replacement in the right color.UPDATE -- I contacted the seller and they immediately sent out a replacement of the correct color. The pouch so far has done an excellent job as an IFAK on a molle battle belt raising the rating to a solid 4 stars.

Decent product
It’s a good “starter” mini iFak if you’re on a tight budget. Not the greatest of quality. Attempted to rip away the ifak from the Velcro while it was on my battle belt and the handle tore off. The handles don’t seem to be the best quality but the bag itself seems to have a bit better quality. Overall I enjoy it for what I need at a much lower price than some ifaks that at 2x - 5x as much just for the bag

Low price but great features
It doesn’t show in the photos but it comes with a little black pvc patch with a red cross on it which is a plus. The material is rubberized on the inside, I guess for water resistance. It does tear off the molle panel with velcro and sits longer horizontally unlike basically every other ifak pouch. Idk why more aren’t designed like this one.

The perfect size
My kit came with the black and red medical cross patch that I moved, even though the seller said that it wouldn't come with one, which was a pleasant surprise. I wanted something that would be great for both the range and for hiking. It is a sturdy bag that has a great tear-away ability. On the bottom of the bag there is a small molle loop, which is how I have the tourniquet secured to the bag, as well as being further held in place by the Y strap. The stitching looks like it will hold up well. Coke can for scale.

Easy to pull and open
It's a little difficult to get a pressure bandage and a tourniquet in there. So everything but the tq is in there with the tq elsewhere on the belt. Easy to pull and open.
