Best thing I bought with my Japanese brand guitar....I own a fujigen telecaster and a Harley Benton cst24 Deluxe (prs hollowbody clone)A Laney cub12r and this headrush gigboard.From the few moments I got with this beast I can tell you that this can easily replace a real tube amp for home use and maybe even live conditions.Easy update/ easy rig creation / loads of combinations preentered some incredible ones other a little bit out but you can use the rig to tweak it....The ease of use is what got me into it and I confirm it's a child play.You open a new rig add an amp ( if you don't know what to take you just have to test if you don't like the sound try another one or tweak it really easily) add effects or don't and you are set...I use it mostly at night having a job and two young childs and no one can hear me with headphones on but I'm like on a stage within the headphones....Oh and did I mention the incredible looper?Downsides are that it can sometimes get a little slow if you are used to type really fast on a computer or a phone.Plus you have to buy an expression pedal if you want to use wah and so forth.And that you should also buy a speaker if you want to play loud for everyone.I haven't used it just as a pedalboard yet.Would definitely recommend it or buy it again for home use and if you know you're going to use the expression pedal and go on live get the bigger one.

My first one stopped working properly after one day and Amazon sent out a second. That's tech for you. While I think it's pricey for what it does compared to things like the Digitech RP360 which is what I was originally looking at, the all-in-one place intuitive interface sold me on the Headrush since I dislike messing around with technology. There are over 200 preset patches in it and after going through dozens of them and not really warming up to any of them I found it pretty easy to make a rig of my own I like better. I've been playing acoustic for many years but have very little experience on the electric and the sounds I'm after are fairly basic. I've had standalone pedals over the years and one awful digital pedalboard in the 90s and this thing is much more satisfactory for my purposes, which is mainly practicing. I checked out the company support and community before buying and it's not like it's a fringe product not many people are using. You pay a lot for the touchscreen imo but if you want one compact box that is easy to experiment with it makes fooling around with rigs easy. Headrush is a brand owned by AKAI so it's not like it's unlikely to be around for awhile. While I watched some videos to get the idea, once I started using it I found it easy to figure out. One thing to watch out for is there's a default noise gate on any rig which is usually set at 60db which will kill your sustain - double tap on the "IN" box on the rig to adjust it.It's adequate for my needs but I'm not performing or looking for the holy grail of tone.

My Gigaboard arrived displaying a white screen when powered on, after several cycles of on and off , the real display would appear. Frustrating. Contacted Headrush customer support about the issue, after registering the product. Four days later I have not heard from the company. In todays age that's not right. Not even a "HAY we got your issue and are working on it" auto email. Amazon on the other hand got me on the phone seconds after I reported the issue, minutes later a replacement item was on the way! Amazon gets 5 stars for customer service. I wanted to give Headrush -2 stars The product itself is worth three stars or more. I will change my rating when I receive one that works. The only downside to the board and I knew it when purchasing it was no stereo effects loop. I guess they save that option for the big board.

I’ve been a Pod500X user for a long time and wanted to give a try with new technology. The size of this gig board accommodates to my needs as a desktop/homestudio gear and also as a floor effects pedal board. Easy to use, touch screen is a big plus as well as its robust construction. I’m still trying to work out the different set ups, but I’m very happy with this purchase. The sound is great.

The pedal does better than comparable pedals with regards to modeling analog stomp boxes. It's hard to tell the difference in the Tube Screamer, OCD models and their respective pedals. The AC cord tip broke off in the unit during very normal (studio-only, no gigging) use. Headrest offered only an $79.99 replacement! Don't count on them to help you if you have an issue.

Very great sounding amp modeler and great effects but what I really like is some of the artist packs for free downloads on Headrushfx. Com and also bought a few from chop tones but top notch I have an evh 5150 and I created a setup that I use with my amp and pedals and honestly they sounded the same great unit

A los pocos meses se dañó el USB, dure varios meses para contactar la garantía y al final me mandaron la pieza para arreglarla, pero ahora un año después de eso la USB no responde de nuevo, que deserción tan grande, ya que se dañe una vez es malo, pero DOS???? La verdad poco recomendable, me cambiare a otra marca y tendré que vender barata la que tengo pues está defectuosa.

I am comparing this to my old Boss GT-10 which I've had for many years. I don't how this would compare to a Helix or a GT1000 or anything else. I was hesitant to buy another modeler because I was never very satisfied with the GT-10. I didn't think the amps very accurate and only a few of the effects were really usable. Nothing really behaved like it would in the real world and setting it up was tedious. I took a chance and bought this and was blown away but the amp models, effects and the ability to use IR's. Using the touch screen to set up you rig is very easy and very natural. If there is a downside it's that the number of effects are somewhat limited but it's got enough to get just about any sound you could need. I like to make my own rigs but downloading rigs is really easy too. I run mine through an FRFR speaker and the setup is small and easy to move around if need be. I am very satisfied with this unit.

This pedal has a lot going for it. First off it is very easy to program rigs, tone and amp settings. Took me 20 minutes to have a few rigs set up for live playing. I've used it for several gigs with no issues and really enjoy the tones, effects and amps. I've loaded some of my favorite IR's from Celistion. I'm very please and impressed.

Hay que trabajar mucho los sonidos a base de IRs y mucha paciencia para conseguir lo que quieres pero cuando lo logras es una pasada. Hasta los técnicos más reticentes y acostumbrados a microfonear amplis me han dicho que suena cañón. No termino de pillarle del todo el rollo a los sonidos limpios pero acabare lograndolo, seguro. Llevo todo el verano de fiesta en fiesta con el y no me ha dado ni un susto o problema. Hasta para tocar guitarra acústica en un grupo de música celta y New age lo uso y no tengo ninguna necesidad de comprar un ampli dedicado a ello. En fin, un increíble descubrimiento para un viejo rockero como yo....

The media could not be loaded.  GIGBOARDVorrei iniziare col dire che ormai tutte le pedaliere multieffetto ,anche quelle più datate fanno miracoli, con un’infinità di effetti.Premetto di non essere un chitarrista professionista e quindi non riesco a cogliere tutte quelle sfumature e particolari di cui parlano i recensori su you tube.Il mio modesto parere e’ che sia una buona pedaliera , piacevole al tatto e molto intuitiva, bellissima da vedere.Ci sono parecchi preset già installati, ma se non siete degli Steve Vai della chitarra e non riuscire a ricreare il suono del vostro chitarrista preferito potete scartare i rig dei vostri chitarristi preferiti, online se ne trovano parecchi.Potevo acquistare un multieffetto molto più economico perché alla fine come la stragrande maggioranza degli utenti userò solo il 20% degli effetti a disposizione, forse anche meno.Allora perché spedere 600 euro se poi tutti sti effetti non si usano ? Secondo me per lo stesso motivo per cui compri un Mac invece di un Windows o una sportiva invece di una utilitaria…perché il bello piace e l’occhio vuole la sua parte.Non mi sono volontariamente soffermato a parlare più di tanto sulle specifiche perché si trovano info da tutte le parti… ho avuto una BOSS ME25 e una Mooer ge 200 questa ovviamente e’ su una fascia di presso superiore ed e’ bellissima…Se hai qualche soldo da spendere la consiglio, altrimenti una da 100 euro va benissimo !😎😎😎😎buona musica

First of all I would like to admit that, I have been tube'er for 16 years. Any modelling things were bleeeee.... Until I have tested this unit, and I felt in love?! Absolutely stunning piece of equipment! Sounds awesome ( seen review stating it's like a toy - I reckon this dude has have a toy connected to headrush instead )I am blown away with the quality of this product, as well as, quality of sound ! Sounds so good, I couldn't believe sim can be so good.Easy to operate, great tones within minutes (if you know what to do - experience with real thing) - can't price it enough!Of course, there are some flaws! Don't expect perfection from that unit. It is bit sterile comparing to real thing - but, I don't care anymore. If you are tired by tweaking your tube rigs constantly ( different setup for solo playing, different for recording, different for backing track, different for band - f.... It - here it's just click away :)This unit is built like a tank ! Seriously!Headrush support is fantastic !I don't even care anymore about real amp feel and bit sterile voicing! I don't care ! And you shouldn't care - music is important - play music brothers and sisters - it's not competition it's cooperation!Play music instead of constant looking for gear !!!????

Out of the box this is rubbish!!! Time spent downloading IR's and operating systems...too many!!!
