I have spent a fortune trying to stop my extremely loud snoring - overnight lab sleep tests, ENT physicians, etc. They did nothing! This little gem WORKS!! It's easy to use, just follow the directions. My only advice is that leaving it in boiling water for 12 secs is too much. More like 3 to keep from destroying it. I am told now, that I no longer snore, but I "hum" very quietly. I can't believe how well this product worked for me! LOVE IT!

It didn’t help. In the middle of the night I thought I was suffocating. I had to take it out to breath. Maybe more openings would help.

Maybe too early to be 100% certain of efficacy, but I can say that since using it, I'm told I'm not snoring. But, I also dont sleep through the night as the product shifts around in my mouth, causing wakeful sleep since I started using this. So I'm left to wonder if I'm not snoring because the product is working OR if I'm not getting deep enough sleep to allow snoring. Who knows?I wouldn't NOT recommend this, as there seems to be some benefit. I may need more time to adjust to sleeping w a dental appliance in place, it's only been about a week or so.

Purchased this item to reduce my snoring and to prevent night time teeth grinding. The plastic is comfortable and stayed in place throughout the entire night. However, it actually made my snoring worse. I tested it for several nights, measuring my snoring using SnoreLab with and without the mouthpiece. My snore index (function of intensity and length of snoring) was much higher with the mouth piece than without. For reference, I am an athlete and don't have allergies.

Moulding process is delicate. So much so that you really only get one chance to get it right.The initial moulding was quite comfortable but too aggressive. I attempted to adjust the mouthpiece by reheating it. That was a mistake. The walls around the teeth which had been thinned by the initial moulding process folded in on themselves. Attempting to unfold the walls did not go well. And so the mouthpiece ended up in the trash.

This product does work for snoring. I don't like having to wear it. But you get used to it. I have tried all the other products out there. None of them worked.

One of the slightly smaller mouth guards that fits my mouth better. No issues with boiling and biting for fit and it actually stays in my mouth all night.
