Good overall
Easy to install and the back hinges should be easy to keep clean due to the design. Overall good but the plastic construction probably isn't sturdy enough for bigger or taller people.

Color match was accurate
I appreciate the multiple mounting options. Additionally the slow close hinge worked silently. My only reservation pertains to the durability. The hinge seemed a little “wobbly”. This occurrence raises the question of weight limit.

cheap plastic
This seat is made of cheap plastic and the inside rim is not smooth and rounded but rough and at a sharp angle to the seat. It is not a comfortable seat! I've had other plastic seats and they are comfortable and smooth to sit on. I will definitely go back to one I've had in the past. I'm sorry I waited to long to return it, and I'm sorry I listened to some plumber on YouTube say this is the best soft close seat on the market.

A bit to pricey and the lid WON'T stay up
The color is perfect, the shape seems right, and the install was easy.Butt my biggest issue with this seat is that the lid WON'T stay up. I shouldn't have to keep pushing the lid back while I'm attempting to urinate. I'd send it back if it weren't for my kids pee all over it. I can't imagine the mess after my boy gets done. I even got my level out and started checking angles. My toilet is square, plumb and level. Richard Trethewey would be proud.What's next, duck tape?
