I made my first trip using the lock and it was fine. When my trip ended, I wanted to use the lock again and one of the pieces was broke inside and would't take one of the zipper ends. This was a great inconvenience for me as I had to go find a lock for the suitcase. Can you please replace it? This happened on the largest suitcase of the three.Besides the lock problem, the quality of the suitcase is very good: the rolls, the fabric inside, durability of the hardcase, etc.Edit: I received excellent customer service from Goldingltd in replacing my suitcase. These cases look the part. However on its maiden flight the lock broke on one case and a foot lost of another. On return flight the larger case shattered and lost 2 more feet. Needless to say it took a flight back to the seller for a no quibble refund. Thank you

An absolute waste of money. One was gashed on it's first outing. On their second outing the lock switch was broken. The lock hadn't even been used.Very expensive mistake...don't buy!!

the middle sized one broke the very first time I used it - do not buy this product!!

purchased this item on 8th February 2018 . Used 3 times and unfortunately one of the corners wheels has cracked .is there any guarantee with this product ?

Upon its first travel usage the wheel was broken off. Not only that but the plastic “hard” shell was actually broken too.

A suitcase not fit for purpose. This is the condition after being used for the very first time travelling abroad
