Good quality squeeze balls (more like eggs)
I like these and so do my middle school students. I left them on my desk for them to play with during breaks. None were stolen but they did cause a few arguments given their popularity (mainly, my turn was next kind of a thing). I wanted them for compressible solid lessons but they do function well for building hand strength.

I loved it! Very good for the pain in the articulations of my hands.
They are all 3 very nice, but I have to say that I use the orange (soft) and green (middle) more often.I don't know if the soft one will last for a long time, since I use it so much. However, I can tell the black one (harder) will last for a very long time, since the material is very resistant.

Fantastic stress and strength ball
A firm stress ball that helps build hand strength. I used this thing for 20 minutes and Wow, what a difference. It was immediately apparent that my hands were getting stronger. Highly recommended for those who sit in a cubicle or need something to help with critical thinking and brainstorming ideas.

I was looking for something the would strengthen my hands and fingers and help aching and stiffness I get from my job working on a computer all day. These filled the bill and I love them. They are a set of 3 and I bought the yellow, red, and blue ones. The different resistances give your hands and fingers a nice workout. Enclosed with these balls that are really eggs is a short set of exercises you can perform with your hand and fingers. They are not just some soft cheesy balls like I made the mistakes of thinking, but they are not overly firm that you will think why did I ever buy these. You can feel the difference between each ball and they give your hands and fingers a nice workout. I thought my hands and fingers felt refreshed after using them. I felt it gave my fingers and hands a nice stretch to relieve the stress and stiffness you get from repetitive motions. Shipping was fast as always thanks to Amazon. Excellent product
I purchased this for my mother after she'd broken her pinkie finger. Her doctor recommended that she exercise her hand and fingers. She uses the yellow one which is the softer of the three and says her hand and finger aren't as painful. Excellent product and I do recommend it anyone needing to regain strength and dexterity in the hands and fingers.

Strength to pick up a pencil someday.
Needed to help with rehabilitation, to gain strength in hands after long illness. I like the three levels of resistance, to hopefully squeeze the black one someday.

High quality eggs
