If you think the band won't fit, read this first!
I initially discovered the band wouldn't fit my Vivosmart HR and saw that I had the same problem that others reported in that the band opening looked different than the tracker. My tracker had a 3 pronged plastic piece that kept the band from fitting correctly. I realized that this plastic piece was remove-able and once I popped it off I was able to fit the band perfectly. The band feels more plasticky than the original band but maybe it will be more durable. I used the stock screws instead of the screws provided and the star shaped screwdriver that was provided fit perfectly. I would give the band a full 5 star rating if it came with any instructions on fitting the band and removing the plastic piece that prevented it from fitting in the beginning.

98 % fit, Effective Replacement
I ordered the Midnight blue replacement band as my current band was in shambles. The product comes with the band, four replacement screws and two screwdrivers. (A star shaped SD [torx] to get out Garmin’s original screws and a Philips for the replacement screws.)The replacement screws are quite a bit wider than Garmin’s but still fit.As for the fit of the actual band I would say it is about 98% there. (See photos) It is not fully flush everywhere but the difference is so minuscule you won’t notice. Some other reviews noted that the band felt “plasticky”. I would agree, but it is worth mentioning that I got my first replacement band off warranty directly from Garmin. When that wrist band was new, I noted that that band also felt plasticky at first. Over time it got more rubbery and flexible and I anticipate this band will do the same thing.Note: I avoid wearing my wristband in the pool and shower to prolong its life.Summary: cheap and effective fix for my broken Garmin Vivosmart HR wristband, and it should work fine for you too

Excellent alternative to Garmin band.
I have the Vivosmart HR and my original band broke. I found a replacement on Garmin's website but they wanted $24.99 plus $5.00 shipping. I decided to try this band and I'm glad I did! It feels and fits just like my original band. The only difference is the color is just a little brighter in color which I actually prefer over my old bands color. The metal clasp is silver instead of black and of course doesn't have the Garmin name on it. I only had one minor issue putting it on, one screw just wouldn't fit so I used the original screw in that particular hole and it works fine.I won't hesitate to buy this one again, very happy how well it fits and the money I saved!

Worked for me.
The band went on easy, but one side would not tighten up even when the screw was all the way in. Since it does not have the hard plastic "ends" to the band where the screws go and only has soft silicone, I had to insert some thin cardboard into the two screw holes on the loose side of the band to act as a filler that then allowed the band to be screwed tight. After that, it fit and works great! It does feel like the screws for the band would pull out if you caught the band on something and gave it a hard pull, but I have not had any issues with that and I wear it 24/7.

Waste of Time
I ordered this replacement band for the Garmin Vivosmart HR, since Garmin does not sell replacement bands. This band fails in two rather significant ways. First, while it does technically have a "flush" fit with the Garmin device, it's a pain and a half to get the screws to go into the holes. I'm not exaggerating when I say that it took me multiple HOURS to attach the band to the Garmin. Secondly, and more importantly, the band appears to be so cheaply constructed that the clasp broke right off on literally the very first time I tried running with the new band on my wrist. So, now, it's useless and I have to buy yet another band, and hope that this roll of the dice will be better.I would like to be able to say that the band I received was somehow defective, and that this is not indicative of the general quality of these bands, or this company in general, but I certainly don't plan on buying this item again from this seller. Caveat Emptor.

Great replacement for the stock band.
There is a slight gap between the band and the device. Not a huge deal, especially considering that Garmin doesn't sell replacement bands. Replacement took me less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this band!

Use the replacement screws, not the original Torx screws
The band will come with two screwdrivers. One, a torx, to remove the OEM screws and two, a small phillips to use to attach the replacement bands. As others have mentioned, it is extremely difficult to get the OEM torx screws back in for the replacement while the philips screws supplied with replacement band have sharp points that allow self-tapping to secure the replacement band. It would be helpful for the company to provide instructions to this effect.

Decent
I did reach out to the company and they're working with me to fix the problem. I bought this to replace my band after the little slider piece broke on my old band. The way the holes are drilled in each piece vary, so the holes for the shorter end with the clasp were correct, the holes for the longer part with the adjustment slots were incorrect. For the time being, I'm using the unbroken part from my original and the good part from the new one, the colors pretty close to each other so there isn't much difference.
