Poor design on hinge set
The hinge set seems to have poor design. I am a designer and I ordered the D-code toilet for my own bathroom(Not through Amazon) because I used to be happy with Duravit and I recommend for my clients. It's been less than 10 months since installed but the toilet seat has been loose for 7 months. Yes, it moves every time I open/close/sit on it. It even shifted so much that it won't be align with the bowl anymore.I've tried numerous times to tighten it, it won't work. Very frustrating.I am happy with the toilet itself but the seat is very disappointing. I am going to request new hinge sets and see what happen.

Really disappointing considering how great every other duravit product we have is
Constantly loose. Tightening doesn't even get put on the honey do list anymore. I just re tighten every 2 weeks. Really disappointing considering how great every other duravit product we have is. looks like the euro model toilets get a better mounting system with recessed toggle bolts.
