Works, but requires extensive modifications.
To successfully install this item, I had to (1) move the door hanger to get room to install, (2) use two pieces of gas pipe to extend the door shaft so it would fit in the moved hanger, (3) anchor the extended door shaft so that it would not turn, since the device clamps on to the door shaft, and (4) screw wooden blocks to the rotating plastic wheel so that it would fit the roll-up door, as the wheel was about 2" too small in diameter. Surpass refunded me $100 to avoid paying a total refund and return shipping charge, but I would not recommend buying this or similar items unless you have a well-equipped metal fabrication shop and enjoy a challenge.
