Works good for a couple months then died. So had to get another one.

Pros: I own two of these, one 3-4 years old, and this newer model. I like both. The sound and controls are great. I use them to listen to books and music. I like not having to worry about losing the ear pieces, especially when exercising or out and about. I also really like that I can control the volume, fast forward, etc from the neck set. The earpieces retract conveniently into the neck set.Con that’s a Pro: I use these all day, retracting the earpieces many times each day, so in both cases one earpiece stopped working within a year. The great thing is that LG has a one-year warranty. With no fuss after a quick phone call and with proof of purchase, available through Amazon, they repaired them for free and paid for all the shipping too. After the initial repair, the earpieces have not failed.

I got these earbuds to use with all the Zooms in my life--work meetings, teaching, book clubs, HOA meetings, everything!I like classical music, and was using my B&W headphones and a wireless mic. The B&Ws have great sound, which is why they cost $400, but the whole setup is bulky. My wife said I looked like a nerd with the mic and 'phones.I bought the most expensive Samsung earbuds, and they wouldn't stay in, so I went back to looking like a nerd. I think the biggest problem was that the only other person in the book club who wears 'phones is a real nerd, so this put me right in there with him, in my wife's eyes.Then I saw these. I have a lot of respect for LG. We have an 83" TV from them that's spectacular, as well as a couple of smaller sets. And my computer is an LG Gram, that's fast as blazes, has a huge screen, and weighs just 3 pounds, so carrying it around won't wear me out when I travel. When I'm working at home it drives 4 displays without a problem.The earbuds arrived yesterday. I charged them, and I'm using them now. They connected to Bluetooth right away I put them into my ears--they are smaller than the Samsung earbuds. Apparently the neck piece allows LG to move some electronics out of the earbuds. They fit really well and are comfortable. I also know that even if they do fall out, the cords on them will prevent them from going far. No problem with losing a small, expensive device.But the best part is the sound. I'm listening to violin sonatas right now, and the sound is wonderful. Is it 100% as good as the B&W 'phones? No. But is it good enough for listening to classical music for a few hours while I work? Yes, it is. In fact, I have to call the sound very good. I'm enjoying it.I think the folks at LG have made yet another great product!This is an update after 6 months of use. I wondered if the earbuds on retractable cords would still be attached and retracting after six months of daily use, and they are! It's actually pretty rugged. I still like the sound, and like that it's small and light.

Would give a better rating but I have to buy my husband a new one every year because one of the head phones always goes out
