Is a bit small for me because I just had a baby but working towards getting my figure back.Is a strong and good sport waist band, better than some postpartum bands.

Looks a lot cheaper than on the picture, materials are quite uncomfortable and very strong smell of paint/plastic. So unfortunately can’t recommend
