Nice idea and design
Sharpening knives properly takes some skill. Getting a sharpening block, making sure you grind each side at an equal angle and all that. This is safe to use, has metal and ceramic grinding stones In the shape of a V. That you draw the blade through. Making sure both sides are ground equally. You can set it at different angles, for a semi sharp finish that will hold its edge or a more razor sharp edge depending on the angle you choose. Good buy all in all.

Adjustable angle. Don’t overdo the fine grind.
Fantastic. Adjustable angle sharpening is crucial. I just resharpened an Emberleaf knife and was able to shave hairs from my arm. Ref the comment about coarse being good and fine being bad, my understanding is that the coarse sets the angle but the blade is microscopically saw like. The fine notch smooths the saw like notches so too much on the fine notch may worsen the cutting.

Good enough for small ones.
Good enough for small knives. For long ones it a bit tricky.

Works like a charm!
Our knives were so blunt and we were about to buy some new ones. I saw this and thought it was worth a go. It was so easy and quick to use and now they are incredibly sharp again! Would absolutely recommend.

Great Value for the Money
So I’ve used this on my Global knives set at 15 degree and it’s worked really well. On the tomato test they’re cutting really well. They aren’t factory/professionally sharp, but for the money it cost, I’d say it’s absolutely brilliant. Perfect for home use.
