I love this video doorbell I get to see who is there on my front porch. It was a easy setup. I recommend this item if you are looking for an inexpensive camera doorbell.

So far this is a pain in the rear. I have a ring doorbell but got this one for my back door as for security measures. And now I can't use it because it doesn't come with the batteries it doesn't say anything about an SD card or what the maximum is I had to Google that on YouTube to find out that it only supports a 32GB Max the batteries I still can't find even on Amazon what in the world is an 18 650? with that being said until I can't even find out where to buy those I can't do anything with this and I purchased two! May be returning. Also had to YouTube to even see where the SD card is inserted. I hope I found the right spot because the only one I could see wasn't even for the same unit but a similar one.UPDATE: Trying to re-install app to new phone foran old order of a spare video doorbell I purchased in 2019 only to find out it has been replaced with a halloween costume??? Not even close to what I originally. Looks Like I now am stuck with two camera's that I can't use. I have had them over a year and was not able to hard wire them until now.This just confirms my suspicions of bogus reviews and that that you CAN NOT COUNT on the REVIEWS. For obviously some sellers overwrite a product with a completely different one just to boost their counts and such

This product is easy to install on the wall, however, the instructions did not specify what was the name of the app. The package doesn't have a specific name, it just says Video Doorbell in the box. My husband and I had to search on Google and YouTube to find it. The motion detector only works if you are very in front of the door. I tried to find a way to increase the motion area, but the app is very limited. The instructions also don't specify where to place the SIM Card. It works more like a live camera when we want to look once in a while, as it is very rare to notify us of motions.

This doorbell didn’t work, it connected to my WiFi for a short time and initially seemed great but it lagged so much: also would just freeze. So I thought maybe my WiFi wasn’t reaching the front door and the next day I bought a network extender. After that it wouldn’t even configure or connect to my WiFi. Very frustrating, I also checked my service and my internet is better than ever with the extender. I have to assume it’s the product. It’s too bad because I like the appearance of this one and it was well packaged. One thing to keep in mind if you decide to bite the bullet and try it despite the reviews: there are virtually no instructions on how to hardwire or install it. It said it worked with any bell so I thought I could use our existing bell/ chime but after endless searching, I found that you need some kind of adapter. Finally there is nothing online besides amazon and the app regarding this product if you decide to look for additional instructions. I wouldn’t waste your time with this one: other reviews report similar problems.

I got mine today install is very simple just download the ToSee app and follow the instructions pretty easyThe video seems ok not great but ok good enough to seeNow the sensitivity is kind of crap either it’s to high and u pick up everything or it’s not high enough and u pick up sometimes it just has low medium and highLow picks up nothingMedium picks up somethingsHigh picks up everythingSince I just got mine can’t really tell u about the battery life

The camera takes about 10 seconds to load to see live view or when motion is detected so the person is usually gone before it records. We got it mostly for an appearance of a camera and being in a snowy state I can see the weather without getting out of bed.Plus side is the low cost and not needing a subscription. If you truly want to see everything in a millisecond this isn't for you.

I had to purchase a internet extender in order for it to work. When someone rings my doorbell,the speaker option hasn't work,unless I'm right in front of the door...if I'm not close to my house it doesnt show on my phone....( this was Mother's Day gift)

This doorbell is very good, affordable and helpfulI put it instead of of my old doorbell.It helps me a lot since I got many packages
