Doesn't do much for me and I've never tried it before so am not sure but the price seem great.

This is what it says it is. I gave 4 stars because the seal wasn't working properly and the product had absorbed moisture making it clumpy. The product is good, however, it would have been nicer if it had been clump free. I assume it was just a one off packaging error. I will order again and give it another shot.

Good stuff. The taste is bitter so mix with citrus. Felt a nice pump like an expensive pre workout.

I think it's a great product, I use it in conjunction with others and it appears to help with workouts.

Seems like this stuff is a staple for pre-workout stacks these days. Flavor is very tart- dilute accordingly. I just mix 6g up in a glass with 2g creatine and glycerin about an hour before working out.

If you are trying to save money on making your own pre-work out than there isn't much better value than this. I also mixed this in with beta alanine, caffeine and creatine for a simple for ingredient pre workout. The pumps feel great and I feel the same effects as if I bought a premixed pre workout.

I buy my supplements in bulk and build my own pre and post workout shakes. L-Citrulline and L-Arginine are two core ingredients. Mettle Energy gives me pure L-Citrulline DL-Malate with now added ingredients or fillers for less than I can find elsewhere.

You won't find a better deal for a product of this quality. I've put in considerable time and effort researching and this is the absolute best option for my needs.
