poor quality
I absolutely love how this tap looks BUT after just a few months I had to stop using the swivel arm feature due to poor build quality, and over recent months it has developed a slow leak which I have hoped would not worsen since I like the tap shape so much; but it has worsened and I guess either a washer of the cartridge has failed. Either way, the suppliers have been unable to give me any support in how to dismantle the tap and hopefully stop the leak, as I would like to keep it if the leak can be fixed, but there is no way to get hold of any instructions on how to take it apart and what needs to be done. The only instructions they can supply are the installation instructions which are of no use at all for taking it apart to replace the cartridge. What a shame the build quality is so poor, because the idea is great. Installation was easy albeit difficult to access, and when I could use it as intended - moving the arm around freely, it was wonderful.
