Have tried multiple things on the market, and these work only as well as the next. They help a little bit. My tongue is still plastered to my mouth in the morning. For the amount of product you get, they are extremely expensive. The other less expensive brands are just as good. My favorite are the Xylimelts for long-term relief---they actually work pretty well. Don't spend your money on this unless you are lucky enough to have really mild dry mouth.
