It's nice herbal Ayurvedic power for diabetes patients as it contains power of karela, jamun guthli, Dana methi, tulsi, Amla.. all in one product.. like it's packing done by seller...Taking twice a day before meal n can feel the difference

not diabetic but I use it before I eat and kept my blood sugar not rising above 30 points

Good but very bitter in taste.
I could not finish it due to its bitter taste so can not tell if it's beneficial for my diabetes.
