Car Cup Holder Phone Mount,Adjustable Gooseneck Cell Phone Holder with 360° Rotatable Cradle for Most Smartphones

So this phone holder is easy to set up; probably will take only a couple minutes. When you detach the circular ring from the top portion that actually holds the phone, you slide it over the “ball.” Then, you have to push the prongs down harder than you likely planned over the “ball” so it’ll stay. (You then continue set up by twisting the ring back onto the prongs to secure the entire piece.)As for the functionality, it does exactly what it says, thus the 5 stars. When you twist the bottom (opposite direction from the arrows), the edges will come out to tighten itself into the cup holder. When in place, it doesn’t move while driving (and I make hard stops sometimes). The stem itself is also extremely sturdy so when you adjust the stem to your liking, that also will stay in place. It’s super easy to put your phone into the holder. There’s a single button that’ll open wide enough and you can easily close it to tighten in the phone with one hand. When you are ready to take the entire phone holder out, this is when you twist the bottom in the direction of the arrows (I was confused with this at first, hence the tip.)My biggest tip/advice about this item is it is suited for some vehicles more than others. As you can see from the picture, I have a car which has cup holders around middle of my thigh. Therefore, I still have to look several inches back/lower than people who have cup holders right under the radio/control system. In addition, I imagine the positioning that my car has might make the gear shift a bit harder to reach because you have to go around the phone holder set up. Overall, still a great product if your car layout matches, or you don’t want to attach a magnet to your phone which attaches to your air vents or sticking it to your window.

I've been using this for over a month now in a 2018 Camry.The good: It holds the phone very well. It seems very secure and my phone has never loosened from the grip. The height of the neck is great.The minor bad: It has loosened from the cup holder a little bit, but I'm a little leary of making it too tight so as not to break something, so I tighten a little more each time this has happened. Once the phone is in the cradle, I can't plug my charger in, I have to plug the charger in first, then put it in the cradle. Could just be the end on my charger. Also, the volume on my phone is lower than normal, the cradle must be covering up my speaker somewhat. I just increase my normal volume. (I have a Samsung S9+).All and all, it works great, don't want something else that could mess up my car. I've tried the Air Vent Loover type and it didn't work very well. Now my husband wants one so I'm buying another.

I needed another phone holder so figured I'd try this type. What I like is that the base is expandable to fit any sized car cup holder. It does a really good job keeping it in securely and tightly. My only recommendation is to make the base of the stem a bit wider. So far I havent had any issues but I fear that it may not hold up a very heavy phone.

Was so tired of falling phones from those cheap crappy vent clips and also risking the clips from going loose... I like to adjust the air vents blowing on me during the summer when its 98 outside, or winter when its 18! This thing is great... I own a 2005 Ford Freestyle and the cup holders are about as useless as an ice tray in the desert.The don't fit the larger drinks, but are just a bit too large to really hold the smaller sized cups without sloshing everywhere and they cant be adjusted... this guy mounts perfectly and adjusts just right!If you're in need and live in a state where hands free is the law and you can't hold your cell like I do... this one will work, no more falling from the windshield, breaking off the vents or sliding around your dash... just tighten and go. Price point and quality is great!

I couldn’t find many versions of this product—I didn’t want something that attached to my vents because I live in a very hot place, but this cup holder nonsense has been frustrating. It doesn’t suction well to the cup holder so I constantly have to push it down. My phone pushes it off kilter and is too heavy for it sometimes (but I have an iPhone 7....one of the smallest iPhones nowadays). Also not a great height for taller folks—it’s a little low for me at 5’5, and my taller husband can’t use it easily.If you can find a better version of this concept, go with that. I just couldn’t.

I love this item. I drive a mini-van and my phone constantly was in my cup holder. I would fumble with it often if I needed to see my GPS and sometimes would put it down in a hurry after a quick glance only to have it fall under foot on the floorboard.Now that I have the cup holder phone mount, my phone is always at a great viewing height to quickly glance at a map and securely held in place, so no more falling. I did have difficulty installing it at first because with such a simple product I thought I had no need for the directions. I didn't realize that I needed to twist the "nut" at the base of the gooseneck to make a tighter fit in the cup holder. Once I realize that, I found this item to be perfect. I will definitely order another for my husband's car as well!

The media could not be loaded.  This cell phone holder is quite possibly the cheapest, most poorly manufactured holder on the market. It is made with inferior componentry and low-quality materials (see my photographs and video). It lasted only a few weeks before it broke (twice) with very little use. And, I am not surprised based on the unstable manner it holds a cell phone. I'm not sure whether it's the cheap materials used, the inept production methodology, or lack of thought process. Either way, you will be disappointed when it breaks within weeks or days after you use it.The bigger problem isn't the horrendously poor quality of this item. The real issue is the absolute and total lack of customer support you will receive from [Waulnpekq] this company. No response and no help must be their motto, because that's what you will get, nothing.Please take my advice, steer clear (no pun intended) of this item, and save yourself time, money, and unnecessary aggravation.
