Good product for the price. We have to assemble it ourselves. Assembled it using given manual and the YouTube video from the brand. Works as intended and provides good exercise experience. Though there was some rusting identified, was not expecting this from a brand new product. The machine overall functiins fine as it should.

Great it was delivered on time packing was good. Not a single part was missing every thing was good.we assembled it by our self and cycle is working smoothly.If you are looking for home exercise cycle Power Max is fantastic option.Power Max team call me 2 times and ask if any problem is there in cycle. Helped me a lot to quickly get back in shape after 3 months of minimal exercise with lockdown. I used to walk 8 to 10 km daily earlier, but now I would prefer this at home to walking even after life comes back to normal. I like watching TV while using it, helps me to catch up on news, etc or watch music to pep me up. Even my 83 year old dad finds it useful though he needs to use in the cycling mode.It makes some noise while using it and was using some metal initially within the moving parts, however after 2 months of use, while the noise is occasionally these, it does not loose metal. Overall very useful and economical buy. The self assembly was largely straightforward, but a bit tedious.

At the outset, I want to warn you not to buy a product from Powermax. You will repent in case you land into an issue. For me, the elliptical EH200 developed snag right in the first week. Was getting abnormal noise so called for a technician who informed me that the belt has snapped (see image). It was strange to see that the belt snapped just in a week with minimal working. Thereafter to replace the same I went pillar to post. These people have one pathetic customer care who would give you a standard answer “Your case is being handled by my colleague and he will get back”. Obviously no one would call you. I wrote and tweeted to their owner who like their team paid no attention. Finally, I had to coordinate the whole effort with their technician and customer care and my issue got resolved after 10days. It appears to me that they have very poor inventory of spares and highly irresponsible customer care. Please be aware and do not get in the trap of buying from Powermax. You will find much better products in same price range.

I am using this eh-200 eliptical from one month and pros, cons are. -Pros-1 easy to assemble and u can assemble by ur self by watching YouTube video or guide book2 less maintenance and u can do greasing/oiling by urself3 easy to operate4 full body workout5 u can burn calories easily ( machine count burned calories double)6 mchine take less space and part are of good material7 good customer care and serviceCons-1 . Very Little noise while using but its normal because of rotation of fly wheel and noise is vey low not irritating.2. For me tension adjustment knob not working with in 15 days low quality material and I complained for replacement, they said to shoot a video of damaged part and I did.they issued replacement of that part instantly but It took fifteen days to deliver( because of their delivery partner maruti) and today delivery boy is coming.....3. Service and customer care persons are good and talk Politely but delivery partner maruti is Slow for replacement process for parts4 wrong burned calories count on machine, machine count almost double calories burnedOverall very good product to buy under 10500 rsBetter than cockatoo or other company eliptical
