Q: Does this clock come with a hook or something to hang it up with?

U hang it on nail or screw have a look at last picture which is the back of the clock

Q: After about one year clock is showing incorrect time despite inserting new battery and also leaving the clock disconnected from battery and replacing.

I hate to say it but these things are made in the Far East and that makes the quality immediately suspicious to me. Believe it or not I have about 14 radio controlled clocks in the house and my garden. I have only had trouble with one of them which only went for a few days on a new battery but the supplier in this country replaced it without argument. I hate to say if it is out of warranty it would cost probably more than a new one to get it repaired so I would be inclined to just bin it. Don’t give up because I think they are great. Very very accurate, silent and of course you don’t have to change the time twice a year when the clocks change which is a bind as far as I am concerned. Maybe think about getting one powered by electricity instead of battery although the cable might be a problem for you. I do have some which are electric. They are probably made to a better standard because you don’t want an electric clock which might catch fire. I hope you have a great TIME deciding what to do.

We have had this clock for about a year and, as yet, not had to renew any battery. Thrilled with the clock altogether.

Take out the battery and put it back in and leave to set itself up again.
