Great for a child’s gift

Had set straight to the Philippines for my wife's grandsons. They loved them, will see if they wore it out next time we go there.

My 7 year old has not put this book down since it arrived and has already read the entire book about every dinosaur multiple times. There is a lot of information in this book and is organized very well. The book is not overly large (used to the hardcover versions he has) and the printing is fairly small, but if your child is a decent reader that should not be an issue. The pictures of each dinosaur and well done, and it is very descriptive.

My son is learning about dinosaurs, and this is a good, comprehensive book that describes the variety of dinosaurs that lived long ago. The book goes into great detail about the different periods that dinosaurs lived from, and categorizes the dinosaurs based on which period they lived in. It describes the different habits of the dinosaurs and what they ate. The book is extremely colorful, and provides great illustrations to help my son learn the different types of dinosaurs, and where/when they lived.The book provides maps and timelines to assist my son in gaining a better understanding of dinosaurs. This book is a great learning tool, and I would highly recommend this book for any kiddo wanting to learn more about dinosaurs.

This book is wonderful. So much information. Hours can be spent browsing through the pages learning details along the way.

I bought this for my 7 year old daughter. She wanted a book to reference the names of her toy dinosaurs. Very informative. She is advanced with reading and will be able to use this book now and in the future. Definitely recommend.

Perfect book. Gives you info on each dinosaur and great drawings. Its easy for kids to understand, keep them interested and teach them something. Adults will like it too!

This serves as a great resource for dinosaur obsessed 3 year olds. Great pictures and explanations.
