Makes thin sweet potato slices that produce chips when baked. Fast and easy to use and clean. Very sharp. Always use the vegetable holder - I learned the hard way.

Great Slicer for the Price. I use the slicer to slice apple, bananas, Pears, Potatoes and it cuts beautifully. I would recommend this Slicer.
