This is a great shoe (you have to purchase the comparable size insole) and it off loads pressure on the bottom of your feet if you have open ulcers (sores). I recommend this highly!

Velcro doesn’t stay closed
My husband needed this at first they did the job but now the Velcro opens which is dangerousness. Didn’t return them ( I bought two) because he wore them. Wouldn’t recommend

Comfortable
It's feeling comfortable like the boot got from the hospital, it's just not restricting the ankle from moving. Depends on ur foot problem so might not work for ankle surgery, you will need to stay in boot for a while. I had surgery on my bunion so this is working really good, I can get to drive
