This is the perfect foam playmat for a play room. They provide enough cushion to easily be on your knees playing with your kids and are nice for toddlers falling when still learning to walk. The squares are easily rearranged and can be a large 36 sqft space or built into cubes. This play mat is perfect for learning the alphabet as all the letters come out and you can practice matching the letters back together. We did not notice any fumes upon opening the package as others have noted. The mat is also easy to wipe down and clean up. The quality of the mat seems to be just as nice as the more expensive interlocking foam mats we use elsewhere in our home, but with the added bonus of letters and numbers to aid in learning. Overall we are very pleased with this item!

My husband had been wanting to purchase one of these foam playmats for our kids but we couldn't find one that had the ends sealed. After finally finding this one we purchased it and are extremely pleased with this product. I've cleaned it multiple times and it's fairly easy to do so. It's also pretty fun and easy to assemble with the family. The quality of this playmat is surprisingly great and feels durable,given(we've only had it for 3weeks)Our LO's love it! It's a Must have in every child's room.I am very pleased with the vivid and vibrant colors,theycompliment any child's room!Also we didn't have any issues with fumes as others have mentioned.Tip: if there are any fumes I suggest try cleaning the playmat with a diluted cleaner of your choice before assembling and try it out.🙂Our toddler who is currently learning his ABC's and Numbers makes great use of this mat he jumps on the number/letter and then pronounces the number/letter. Our youngest who is still learning to walk enjoys the vibrant colors and numbers and wants to be on the mat as much as possible😊Overall we are very pleased with this item and are even considering purchasing another one for their play area in living room💕

Bought this for my grandgirl to have a padded play surface. Very pleased that it's educational as well as functional. The letters can be removed to create a puzzle, too. The 36 tiles can be arranged any way you wish, and this was a great price for 36 sq ft of play space. For now I have it under her Graco LiteTraveler Playard for extra cushion. When she's moving around, it'll be a cushy spot for her to play with her toys, or a soft spot to kneel when she's playing with the train table. Easy to take up when grandgirl isn't here, and the box the mat comes in is sturdy enough to hold the pieces when not in use. Couldn't be more pleased with the functionality and the price!

This is a very nice mat. It is colorful, easy to put together, and seems very durable. I have seen reports of an odor but mine didn't have this issue at all. I have also seen negative reviews reporting the pieces don't all fit together, all you have to do is trade them around a little and you will always get a good full fit for your rectangular mat.The cons of this mat for my needs were the removable pieces. Depending on what you are planning to use this for. The letters remove very easily, too easily for floor mat use and it becomes annoying quickly with a young baby using the mat for crawling practice. Also, some of the letters have smaller cut-outs that also come out. The small cutout in the A went right into my baby's mouth and he gagged on it. I am returning the mat, but if I was using it for a toddler or to make the fun cubes or use more like a puzzle it would be a really great product.

Used these tiles to set up my daughter’s nursery. It’s great, soft and sturdy. The thickness is exactly what I needed for a padded floor. It looks great as well.

We got this for our granddaughter who's scooting around everywhere - we have hard tile and marble floors and we're scared she would get tired and let her head go down and get hurt. This item is three times the size of one we bought in a big box store and half the price. It is perfect for our needs. Shipping was fast and efficient and the letters and numbers help reinforce whatever the number or letter of the day is on Sesame Street lol. Kids need to see, hear, and touch - not just watch TV. We' make a big deal of pulling out the number or letter of the day along with her Elmo stuffed animal )also from Amazon) Just another way to make learning fun and she's so proud when she says the letter or number - of course we know she's highly gifted like any good grandparent haha. But honestly - you cannot buy something this large and this thick from any place other than Amazon at such a reasonable price. Love it and Amazon!!!

This set went together easily and my ticket loves it. Best part: there’s no strong smell like with other foam tile kits.

I wanted to love the alphabet/numbers mat for so many reasons and still hope that the execution is reevaluated. Let's go through a few positives first: the mat is colorful, thick, soft, doesn't smell, easy to clean, has a ridgy surface and a smooth surface, the letters are big and colorful, the squares are big, the entire mat is a great size.The only negative that matters to me and turned into a deal breaker: the letters and the corners simply come undone too easily. You may say isn't that the point? To do a puzzle? Yes, but the product is meant for infants and toddlers who mouth EVERYTHING. Once they start teething, and quite frankly before that given their hard gums, these pieces become a choking hazard. The worst pieces are the corners and the cutouts from the letters, such as the 2 eyes from the letter B. You'll find your baby quiet and horror sets in...why is she so quiet? Just to find her (or them with twins) chewing away and almost breaking pieces off. We do want and need the mat but unfortunately had to return the alphabet version. However, we are replacing it with the solid mat and will just leave out the corners as we have with the letter version. We purchased this for ~$21 in December 2018.

These are awesome foam tiles.Kids love taking out the shapes and playing with them and rearranging them.Easy to assemble.Only criticism- it needs more corner edges, there are tons of edges but wound be nice is there were a few extra corner ones, but does not change functionality at all.

Me gustó mucho que las piezas se pueden acomodar como tú lo quieres, poder sacar las figuras que contiene cada cuadro es muy útil para que los niños jueguen y las vuelvan a acomodar como ellos gusten. Se pueden doblar y volver a su forma original siempre. Los colores son muy brillantes.

De buen material y fácil de armar, a mi bebé le gusto mucho
