I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this 825 Prestige grill. I have watched so many different bbq grill and smoker introductions and their pros and cons. After some considerations based on what I need, I decided to purchase this Napoleon 825 prestige grill. The assembly of the grill was easy for a first time high end grill owner. During the assembly, I did encounter two minor problems. One was the wok grate was stuck between the lid and base at the manufacturer's assembly line and one of the drip trays for the grill is missing. I immediately contacted the seller, Mr. Mike West, the owner of the BBQ Island in Arizona. His speedy response surprised me and he solved the issue with the jammed wok grate for me very fast. I was grateful for that. As for the missing drip tray, Napoleon immediately sent one to me and notified me the same day. I have read from other Napoleon grill owners commenting on how good Napoleon's customer service was. It is true. The customer service from Napoleon is top of the line.The grill didn't get to be used until the 4th of July party. We grilled steaks, vegetables, grilled crispy potatoes, baked pizza and bread. The first time I used it had everything blackened because I didn't realize it could generate high heat in a short time. Two minutes on high is all you need to get ready to grill. I should have practiced before the party but it all worked out since I prepared the materials more than we needed. Now I only use low heat because it is hot enough to do the job. After the 4th of July my cooking range inside the house broke down so 825 Prestige is my go to range now. I get excited every time I need to cook on the grill because I am FINALLY getting the " WOK HEI " effect that I didn't get when cooking inside the house.This grill is pretty and it handles all I need to make food, bbq, searing steaks, bake bread, bake pizza, stir-fry...etc. There are other functions that I have not explored yet like, rotisserie and smoker. If I have to complain about this grill, it is that it will be nice to have a place to store the rotisserie shaft. Still, this grill deserves a five star+ whether or not there's storage for the rotisserie shaft. It is a perfect investment for me and I don't need to look around for a new grill anymore.

Tried to contact manufacturer several times but no call back. You are on hold for over an hour and no one will pick up to talk to you. You leave a call back number and still 3 months later no call. SUPER disappointed. Grill it is beautiful but no customer support.

What’s not to like about this grill ? Easy to put together (instructions not so clear). The result is in the cooking. Well constructed. Easy on the eye. This grill is big. Moving it can be challenging. Otherwise, what a toy!

this grill exceeded my expectations it is heavy duty extremely well built can cook anything and the wood chip smoker surprised me I cooked some thick chops and they had a wood flavor almost as good as my kamodo I guess the placement of it makes a difference over ones I’ve had in other gas grills the double sear station is great for steaks I haven’t used the rotisserie yet

3 years after purchase, Numerous parts are failing which indicates lack of quality:The black inscriptions indicating which burner is controlled by which knob is rubbing off everywhere, electrical outlets in back no longer have spring closure (broke), the plastic rings on the burner controls are cracking, the temp gauge reads 200deg F even when its 40 deg outside and grill has not been turned on.I contacted Napoleon directly to ascertain warranty coverage...2018 models had Lifetime Bumper-to Bumper Warranty which covers some things indefinitely, some things for 15 yrs and many parts for 2 years. As a COURTESY they would supply me with new decals to place on the grill (cant wait to see how that looks), and the rest of the parts would be at a discounted price! I expressed my dismay that an allegedly premium product with a premium price point would want to charge their customer ~ $100....this amount is miniscule compared with the $3500 I paid for the grill and accessories... This $ 100 is not generating any real revenue for them but is generating a lot of bad will for the customer. Napoleon's representative Kat did not care.I would definitely consider purchasing a grill from another manufacturer. At this price point, customer service and standing behind the product is imperative; sadly Napoleon has not figured that out.

I’ve had 300 dollar grills with better quality stainless, looks great but won’t last. And I’m sure the warranty won’t cover this. It’s been covered with cover from napoleon, and never been in the weather.

Came very nicely crated. 95% assembled.Remember to take it off the shipping pallet before you begin the final assembly process. I failed to do so, which required us to remove the end pieces in order to pick it up to move it.Cooks great and evenly.

It’s great the side burner is great as any home appliance, it gets as hot as u would ever need. The only problem I have is the debris that end up all over ur control knobs if not very careful. I’ve only had it for five months but so far so good!!
