This is a pleasing shape and the handles are long enough to grip and hold safely. It is also nicely thin-walled. Fits into my tiny microware oven (it will not turn tough, but not a big deal as this is for roasting or baking).Great value at current price. The dish is well finished and seasoned.

Good product..not required to much seasoning..simply washed with mild soap..heated with oil ...or fried the onions..done.happy with the product..yet to try roasting..
