Alpha Global Cast Iron Nonstick Baking Square Dish Black 10.5 Inch

The product came loosely placed in a cardboard box, but there was no damage.The pan itself is well finished, with no sharp or crude edges. There are some superficial blemishes, but that is in the nature of cast iron. It is seasoned well with uniform coating. It's not too heavy or thin. The handles are positioned perfectly for handling.This is a perfect size for baking a small cake (4-6 servings). Planing to buy a larger one from the same seller.

I was tired of finding non-stick bake dishes everywhere I searched. I haven't used a non-stick utensil in eons, for obvious reasons. Wanted a ceramic or cast iron bakeware and decided to go with this. It fit my smallish old school oven perfectly. Tried my hand at a few cakes; rum & raisin, chocolate, banana, carrot. I'm a certified baker now, or at least my wife attested to it rather fervently. She's the guinea pig for my experiments anyhow, so she hasn't much of a choice :))PS: I use butter paper to line it up. I have baked at least 5-6 cakes thus far, maybe even a few more...and I haven't soap washed it even once after the first wash when it came in new. Shhh! Don't tell my wife though or I'll get the couch for a week. That's the trick with CI bakeware, really. No scouring, no harsh chemical, no elbow grease...just plain warm water and a softish nylon brush, and immediately re-season and store away. Happy baking, folks.

What a cute little thing this is and has been very well seasoned. Very good quality!

Amazing product. Quality is perfect. Baked bread in it and got good browning and it didn't stick to the sides of the pan.Happy that I bought this.

Came with a broken handle which obviously was not cast iron.
