These books are excellent for teaching children how to read my son is in preschool and is reading so well that now I put these books in children’s birthday bags

Thanks to this set, my 2-year-old son has started reading!!! The best thing about these books is that they repeat similar phrases. If I tell him what it says on the first page, he can then read the following pages on his own. Also, they are very short—only 8 pages each, with just 1 or 2 sentences per page—which helps little ones stay focused until the end. I’ve just ordered higher-level books from this series to help him go further!

I love love love these books and have ordered them twice. They are perfect for children who are beginning to decode and all the books are appropriate and diverse, usually using repetition and one sentence on every page. Cute illustrations and I am happy to have had them for a class and for my tutoring job. Kids love them. Get them!!
