I'm a size 10/12 from waist down and a 12/14 from waist up and I chose the large which was a great fit - smoothed my upper tummy nicely. For a size 14 I would not suggest smaller than large. Hope this helps

It's awful. Mine ripped trying to get it on it's like a mesh feel around the tummy area. So maybe an idea to pick something else

Can't answer your sizing but your boobs don't get covered with this shape wear. I'm a 16/18 and got an xl. That fitted fine.
