Check your package before sending them out
I liked the product, but I was missing a product. It was two items that was pose to be in the package. A bonnet and a durag. I only got the durag. I sent out a message to the seller. No answer yet.

Didn’t get the whole order
I ordered the 2 piece set and the cap is missing. Only the durag arrived. I reached out to the seller and they ignored me.

I was refunded part of cost after identifying seam issue on durag.
Durag sewed with seem on outside not in towards head, making this visually unappealing. Bonnet was fine.

Incomplete/missing item
I ordered the set that was suppose to come with the bonnet and durag as described. However, when I recieved my package, only the durag came in the mail. I contacted the seller over a week ago and haven't heard anything since.

Only received one piece
Only received one piece and emailed the company but never heard back. Seems to work for its purpose but was hoping for the 2 pieces it advertises for extra “support” while my daughter sleeps

The only reason I give it three stars is because I like the durag. My bonnet never came in and the seller never contacted me back, so I never got it.

Only received the duo rag not bonnet have to do a return just to get the bonnet. Not worth the time!!

False advertising
I did not receive a bonnet with my durag as advertised( which was the only reason I purchase this). I contacted seller multiple times with no response. And the durag really ain’t that nice fr 3/10
