Crap. Irregular waxy product at best

I have been using Vector butane for my Iolite Vaporizer for over 3 years with no problems. My old can of vector ran out so I bought a few new cans of fuel. The new fuel is NOT up to the standards of the old vector fuel. My Iolite always ignited on the first or second click of the ignition switch, with this new bottle of vector I am lucky to get the Iolite to light after 20- 30 clicks of the ignition. I called Iolite thinking maybe my vaporizer ignition was just dying on me. It turns out that Iolite has had a lot of complaints recently regarding ignition issues from people using vector fuel made after August 2012. Iolite has done research and it turns out that since Vector is made in Korea the laws are pretty lax and the butane isn't always filtered a minimum of 5 times as vector claims. Iolite has removed Vector butane from its list of recommended butanes. After switching to Newport brand butane and giving my Iolite a good flushing out, it now ignites again after one or two clicks of the ignition; proving that the Vector fuel was the problem.So anyone buying this product for a vaporizer (Iolite in particular) should proably rethink their decision and go with Iolite, Colibri, or Newport brand butane. Vector butane has gone down hill big-time and you will most likely experience ignition problems if you continue to use Vector in your Iolite.
