these are nice boots, finish quality is very good. they are a tiny bit snug in the calf. the leather is soft, but thick. The soles are thick, but these boots dont have any type of padding at all, so an insole is needed if you plan to do a lot of standing or walking. overall these are a great buy if you do civil war or indian wars reenacting.

I'm very happy with these boots. I ordered size 13D because I normally wear a boot size of 12EE. They're a little longer than I normally wear but fit my wide foot perfectly. I am very pleased.

Nice looking boots, but too small. Returned these over month ago, ordered larger size.Owner has returns, but hasn't refunded money. STILLL WAITING!! NOT HAPPY

I love them so much. I wore them while I was riding my horse and they are very comfortable boots. It is worth the money.

It was well worth the money, but little loose at the ankle so I placed a rolled on handkerchief in each heel and made the boots more snug

I can’t believe how high-quality these boots are for the price. They have nice thick soles the leather soft the only thing you will probably have to do is buy insoles for them. Great boots
