Pueraria Mirifica Powder Root Extract High Premium Grade 240 Caps. 500 mg.

I began taking these September 25th and about October 5th I was feeling growth pains which I initially thought was a good sign. I continued taking the pills until around mid November when I start to notice a change in my nipple color. At first I didn’t think much of it but there was a dramatic color change. My nipples went from pink to a darker pink to a dark brown and ended up a purplish color. I started to feel really uncomfortable about that because I didn’t know whether my nipple color would turn back to normal or if I would have very dark nipples. I stopped taking it the beginning of December and I only finished one bottle. To be fair it did make my breasts feel perkier and more rounder. But I did not like that it changed the color of my areola and nipple. I researched and the color change may be caused by too much estrogen in my body at once. I did also have a bit of side effects the first few days when I started but it would subside if I took the pills with foods rich in calcium.

Yaaaaay just in time for my vacation with my bf. ;p .Not bigger but definitely fuller and rounder making them appear perkier giving me the confidence I need❤. I love it. I take 4 a day with milk or orange juice for calcium because it helps the PM absorb better into your body. Also I am on birth control so I think the two works very well together because before I took this supplement I did not notice any growth with just b.c alone.
