Not sure about the sweetness of this powder....also white specks in the container.
It tastes good...but I'm only giving this 3 stars for two reasons...One is that it's a very small amount of powderfor the price...Secondly, it's super sticky...which means powder sticks to the lid and to the top of the screw oncontainer and after using less than 1/2 a container, the lid gets stuck..The powder itself sitting in the container flows very well which makes me wonder what has been added to the carrot powder so it doesn't clump together...Is it some sort of sugar? Like I said, this powder is unusually sweet which concerns me...I decided to look for another brand next time I want carrot powder, although this tastes good, I'm not happy with the container...the fact that it's plastic, sticky and profoundly sweet.PS Just downgraded this product to one after seeing a lot of white specks in the container that were settledon the bottom...Carrots do not contain white elements...Carrots are orange...Returned the product to Amazon fornot quite trusting what is actually in the product that wasn't listed on the label. I have bought other organic carrotpowder before and it never contained white specks.
