Wobbly garbage.
This is a horrible product and I uploaded a video that shows how wobbly the base is. I'm not going to put a $500 tablet on it and take a chance of it falling off. Save your money and don't buy this!

Not practical or ergonomic
The media could not be loaded. I am extremely disappointed with this holder. White people thought this was such a great stand is beyond me. It is not only flimsy, but there is no way for your iPad to even be secured into this stand. It’s not ergonomic I said does not tilt or pivotbI said does not tilt or pivot. One little accidental knock and it would fall off. I am definitely returning this and I do not recommend I hope this helps people.

Hands free zoom
Works great for Our new work normal zoom meetings. Doesn’t tilt downwards tho however it is doing the job intended. I use it with an iPad air2 tablet the tablet has a cover & it still works well

Why do they always make these for phones without cases?
Do people really not put cases on their phones? This thing, just like every other I have found, is waaay to narrow for my phone unless I take it out of the case, which is stupid. ATTENTION MANUFACTURERS: Make the thing wider or just quit putting the teeth or whatever the hell you call them on the holder all together. I had to cut mine off of this stand just to get my phone to rest on the proper part of the holder and my case is slender as they come. It is pretty study overall so it has that going for it and honestly would be perfect if they actually made it for how probably 95% of the people who carry phones do it, i.e. WITH A CASE.

Wow. it's really small
I had been using a stack of books to raise an iPad up to eye level. I was looking for something a little more elegant. This product does everything the description says...but man, it feels like it could easily fall over if the table is bumped because...it's very small. Try to picture riding a bike with a surfboard slung over the handlebars sideways. Sitting at a desk, I am still not at eye level with the camera. Still looking down at the ipad or smart phone. Next time I will get out a tape measure and confirm exactly what the dimensions in the description will look like in the product. Seriously, the average drink coaster is larger than the base. Probably heavier too. Nice shiny aluminum stand, but tiny. Cat could easily knock it over if it even slightly brushed against it. Ah well, you get what you pay for.

Works like a charm
When I first opened this, I thought it would work great for my phone, but not sure about my Ipad, but actually it works great for both. Holds Ipad sturdy, and just the right height when set on the desk. I think you'll be pleased with your purchase.

Stronger than it looks
I love that it’s sturdy enough for my iPad I have the original iPad n it’s a lot heavier than the newer ones n it’s great holds it no problem I use it next to my oven for recipes I also use it for when I ft my kids it lowers n raises it’s great I’m getting my all 3 of my kids ones for their stocking they always comment how much they like mine
