This is the second one I've ordered and I will continue to do so! I was pleasantly surprised that the item came 13 days after ordering, despite the current COVID-19 circumstances. It's such a great likeness to the picture I provided, very high quality materials and a very large picture which makes it more enjoyable to paint than some other brands I've ordered with before that make the picture tiny! I will be ordering more as its a great boredom-buster and a great way to relax and forget about what's going on in the world.

So many people have been "wowed' by the end result. As someone who has very little artistic skill, to be able to create a painting of this quality is fantastic. Someone has clearly taken time over the initial design, it isn't just thrown through a computer, but a beautiful interpretation and use of colour. Very happy with my purchase and an absolute bargain at the price.One word of warning - this took nearly 20 hours to finish, so if like me you were working to a deadline, make sure you give yourself time.

Loved doing this. A test of patience and a steady hand but as you can see from the photo and the painting, it's pretty satisfying. Am very pleased with result.Just a couple of niggles: The "canvas" is very stippled and as the paint dries it shrinks slightly leaving bare points. Make sure you use a generous coating. Some of the numbers can be a bit tiny for those of use with poorer eyesight.. Occasionally on the lighter colours, the numbers show through so you have to touch up afterwards.I will still buy another, it's just a learning curve.

The concept behind this item is great. I chose it for a friend to capture a memory for a holiday we took together. It went down well.I liked that there was a template of the image and the corresponding numbers, to help in cross checking against the canvas.What let the product down, in my opinion, was the lack of an image which showed you what the end product would look like. As this was a gift, I had to explain what it was, which might, for some, take away some of the excitement in opening a gift. Ideally I needed to include a copy of the picture myself, but as I thought it would come with one, I didn't give it a thought. Unfortunately my friend and I couldn't understand the written instructions (as we can't read Chinese-?). They offer pictures though, which I interpret as 'get some water, get the paint, paint, and it's finished'.I wouldn't normally rate delivery and communication with the seller here but as the delivery time frame is in the description of the product and not shipped by prime, I thought it vital to include. My delivery arrived after the expected time frame, this meant my friend was without her Christmas present. Also, although I uploaded my picture on the same day of ordering the product, I did not receive any communication that they had received it. I emailed to follow this up, but all the emails appeared to bounce back. This resulted in me contacting amazon who also emailed the seller. I received a response eventually, but was just advised to wait for the product. I didn't feel this was the most helpful suggestion as I was contemplating getting my friend another product elsewhere so that I gad a gift to give. I wasn't eligible to cancel it as it had already been 'dispatched'.All in all I love the concept, but would likely order elsewhere if there was to be a next time for ordering such an item.

As you can see by the pictures the colours are way off compared to the picture they send. The colours for my skin are supposed to be different shades of light brown but instead the paint is different peach colours? One looking more orange like I've done a spray tan. For the price (with wood) it's not worth it. Was a gift for mother's Day do a painting of us both but it looks bad I may have to just get flowers. The actual paints are weird, you start painting and it changes colour as you move??? Sometimes there's lil teenie flakes you can't see that's puts a big BRIGHT orange line on a 'brown' section. AVOID THIS GO ELSEWHERE. Not to mention the canvas wasn't stretched properly so a good cm of my painting is on the side part of the canvas and a line at the other side where it stops. Also lips are BRIGHT orange even though it's red/pink in picture and on there preview.

The media could not be loaded. I painted the picture from the photo of my daughters dog and it came out so well it was as if the dog’s eyes were following me ‘Beautiful’ so pleased with it.

Didn't get painting by numbers I got sent the full picture sent on canvas . Very disappointed

Shipping took forever and in the end it didn't come with brushes as advertised!!!

Il kit ci è stato consegnato in ottime condizioni. Considerando la particolarità della foto inviata al venditore, la qualità dei colori è stata quasi perfetta.

Farben und Übergänge sehr schlecht umgesetzt. Würde nie wieder ein eigenes Foto für Malen nach Zahlen bestellen.
