Men's Whole Food Multivitamin with Over 75 Active Ingredients and 9 Superfood Blends. Best Mens Multivitamin 120 Tablets

I read the 4 positive reviews. I then tried to read the ingredients by enlarging the back label but was unable to do so (it enlarged but was shaded in such a way as to be unreadable). I went ahead and ordered it anyway - big mistake. Since when does a Men's Multivitamin contain Iron? Also, I should have done the math a realized a 40 day supply consisting of 120 units means 3 units per day - I'm looking for a one-a-day men's multivitamin. Item returned.

They have a very strong multivitamin complex which we all need but the sweetest part is that they also have digestive enzymes, probiotics, vegetables and more greens!

I usually buy vitamins with whole foods in them vs synthesized vitamins. It is easier for my body to absorb them. These pills smell like cut hay but that's better then the normal vitamin smell. The pills are average size and suggest dose is 3 pills a day but it's a 40 day supply. I received this product at a discounted rate for my honest review.

THE PLACEBO EFFECT- These drugs are no different than any other synthetic, lab crap chemical vitamin; except for the fact that they throw some fibers and whole foods in the mix, but those things are nutritionally dead anyways. Go ahead, check your label if you own some. Ascorbic acid is NOT Vitamin C. Same for lots of the ingredients here. Vitamins are live, biological complexes. These things are dead chemicals. They can actually harm your health. Do some research and find out. The good stuff, like Pranin whole foods, can't even be found on Amazon. And unless you're willing to spend 70 bucks for a month supply, you're better off just eating real food. Pizza and a pill isn't a health plan. Go buy some veggies, put down the soda.

When the product arrived, I was impressed by how much nutrition was packed into these pills. In addition to containing vitamins, there "9 superfood based blends" as well. Ideally, I want to get all my nutrients from whole foods, but I recognize with the foods people generally eat, it is good to have a supplement as well. These pills don't leave a taste in my mouth or cause me to burp weird flavors throughout the morning. The pills are kinda big, but that hasn't really been a problem. They could be cut if need be. They are also vegetarian safe. I'm not a vegetarian, but I do avoid gelatin. I plan on buying these again! I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for an honest review.

This is a really high quality vitamin. Real (not synthetic) vitamin E; beta-carotene form of vitamin A; no calcium (which I understand can prevent the absorption of iron); probiotics; food blends; etc. I agree with a previous reviewer that it's odd that there is iron in a supplement for men. Overall, this is an excellent vitamin that is easy to swallow; I would definitely buy again. I submit this honest review after receiving this product for free or at a discount.

Whole food vitamins are definitely the way to good and I've taken rainbow light for men before so I do like whole food vitamins. But this powerhouse has a lot in this bottle and it comes out to less than $1 a day. Probiotics, omega blend, herb blend, fruit blend, vegetable blend, digestive enzyme, an green blend.
