After a year of usage during summer months - so far so good. questionable remote control reliability - takes several attempts of pushing uotton to get to react.

Put these up outside around the pergola, but after 1-2 rainfalls the water got inside ~20 of the 45 bulbs. Some had a dozen droplets while others had about half a teaspoon. I took them inside and unscrewed them fro the sockets; when tipped upside down you could see the water drip out of the metal tips. So they are not weatherproof at all. I do like the modes and how they light up the area, so decided to buy a glue gun and sealed the gaps on the sockets (when they assembled this piece there is a decent hole that is exposed and facing up, so the water got in through here... and lol, there must be a very small gap in the bulb tips that touch the power). These are descent though and fair price, but just wish that they tested them in the rain first before advertising them for outdoors.

The lights seem nice however I ordered two strands and both came with one bulb not working. Luckily they package a replacement bulb with each strand so they are all lit but now I don't have any replacement bulbs. I am also worried about longevity since both strands had a bulb not working out of the box. Otherwise the strands are good. The lights aren't too bright or too dim. I would have given five stars if the bulbs had all been working.

I like the look of the lights. I have an issue with the bulbs. They fill up with rain water when they are outside. Once the bulbs fill there is no easy way to empty them.

Received on time as expected and opened each of the 3 boxes all bulbs are in perfect condition and were packed very well in individual foam around each bulb. I plugged all in and even connected them together which you can connect many strands, I have 3 strands to start and I assume I will purchase more as I love the look and have a 2nd pergola to decorate! Putting them up this weekend! The look is unique and not many make this style and even less are connectable!

These lights are adorable. They looked great, have great function options with twinkling, fade, brightness opitions etc. I loved that they had a timer as well. But to my great disappointment after 2 weeks I started noticing water sitting in the bulb of a few of them. Over the next couple of weeks most of them have water in them. Oddly enough the lights still turn on. I had to unplug them to keep renters from turning them on before I can get them taken down.

Ordered two strings of these and hooked them together. One remote can control both lights but man is it some funky circuitry. Press a setting on one string and it affects the other string as well. You can turn off one independently from the other but it resets the memory on it. I can't even get both to be steady on (setting 8 on the remote). The latter string glimmers and has a nice effect but we can't get the primary string to do the same. 4 lights came not working right out of the box. What a disappointment. We threw about the box already so now I have to figure out how to package these to return back to Amazon.If you are only using one string, these will probably work but if you plan to hook up more than one...good luck!
