Works and priced right!
I use this to confirm that some of my outlets are, in fact, not grounded. This product worked great and the price was right.

Works fine, very simple to use
Not much to say, just plug it in and read the output lights. It's a simple as that. Quick way to find old outlets that may not have a dedicated ground in place, or where a previous homeowner may have spliced into a already existing circuit to add another outlet.

There are other outlet testers that cost more and may even test more, but this one has everything you need to determine if the socket is wired correctly.

We bought a house. Used this to test. 1/2 the outlets are not grounded. This is BS. Why the hell did we pay for an inspection?

Does the job. No GFCI tester.
I didn't realize it couldn't test a GFCI outlet. I'm a home inspector and it's kinda useless for me. Seems well built.

Un bel outil pour vérifier les connexions électriques des prises. Même sur une maison neuve, j'avais 2 prises où la mise à la terre ( ground) n'était pas faites.
