not effective.
tried it twice because a chronic lyme blogger mentioned it is great for energy. First time I took as directed and was out in 10 days... 3 packs a day. Cant take the fish oil often or I get acid reflux. Really wanted to believe in the product I did. After taking several packs a day I felt a small amount of energy and then... ran out.... I cant afford this. Geez, people like me with CFS and Fibromyalgia typically cant work, so we cant afford to spend hundreds of dollars a month for a product to work. I really think they are making a killing feeding off of poor chronically sick people. A lot of people with cancer buying this already in the hole and spending tons of money on this for a smidgen of energy? I'll pass. I can honestly fare better saving my money, eating right and pacing myself than what this ever did for me. What the heck is NT factor supposed to do??? If a fibro/CFS survivor like me cant feel any relief.... who can? Makes me wonder if our illness is much worse than people think. After reading a cancer patient review who liked it. Or was it a paid review???

Good
I started taking these as I finsished up chemotherapy. The chemo was so bad I couldn't stand up for more than 10 minutes at a time. Eventually my doctor put me on iron to restore my red blood cells, but I wanted to take something else to try to regain control of my independence. These are great. Although I don't believe anyone on chemo or just coming down from it will feel the effects right away. This did give me energy, but I eventually stopped taking them only because I don't like swalling pills and there are 5 of these you have to take at once. That's the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5. It is also very expensive. If they would make it in a liquid, they'd get 5 stars easily and I'd go back to taking it. This product gave me the energy I needed.

Great energy boost
Good as coffee but without the side effects. It was recommended by my doctor to improve my 94 year old father's energy. My father thought it worked so well I tried it myself. It boosted my energy over a several hour period. Each pack contains a half a dozen tablets that are large and angular; not the easiest pills to take. There is one gel capsule which I suspect contains the fish oil. Good to have around when you find your energy sagging and need a boost.

Saved my life!!!
I have had chemo twice and radiation once. I started taking these 1 to 2 times a day and I feel like I am alive again. I would never stop them and recommend them to anyone.

Energy up, chronic symptoms down.
Great product, within a week my energy and clarity have improved. I didn't expect it to work this soon. It is a well thought out multi-vitamin/mineral and I encourage every one to research nt factor and how it can help get ya back to well. On a side note they are big pills and you have to take 5 of them 2 to 3 times a day so if you can't handle big pills this is not for you, but if you can and want to feel better this product is worth its weight in gold.

I regret ordering this one
My 30-day supply of ProPax with NT Factor arrived a few days ago, and I immediately started on the first packet. Each packet contains four huge tablets that all look alike, and one clear capsule (the Omega-3 capsule). The first problem for me showed up when I counted the packets inside the 30-packet box after opening it. I kept counting, and kept counting, and... no matter what, the box I kept counting kept containing only 29 packets. (Note for records: This was box LOT 120597, BEST BY:04/2015. Sold by Nutrition Depot and Fulfilled by Amazon.) The price seemed high to begin with, but it got a little higher still with that shortage.Tablet size is also a problem. I can't swallow anything large. I couldn't tell anything online about the size of the tablets in this one, and decided to give Propax an (expensive) try anyway.I took the one Omega Three capsule included in the 5-pill cellophane package without a hitch. The other four tablets included in a single packet are identical to one another and are the largest size tablet I've seen, and the largest size that will sit in the widest end of my pill cutter. I had to cut a single tablet multiple times to have a hope of swallowing it without choking: I ended up with 6 sharp-sided pieces that scraped on my throat as I swallowed each one. Then there was some leftover crumbly stuff, which I chewed up and swallowed. The process took some trouble and some time I hadn't expected. One packet is probably going to last me for four days, because I can't really imagine going through that process over and over and over to the extent necessary to take what they instruct you to take in order to reap the benefits of the NT Factor content. But at the rate I'll be taking it, the probability of getting a sufficient amount of NT Factor for it to work is low.The required dosage to achieve expected results is another problem that I just noticed. The directions actually tell you that you need to consume not just one full packet of tablets per day--enough trouble already--but two or three packets. Too bad I didn't see that before ordering. Too bad I hadn't seen how many tablets are in a packet either. This product is probably a waste of time, not just money, for me. I'll still have to take something like a multiple vitamin to get a day's supply of vitamin A, for example, since with this product I'm taking 1/12 to 1/8 of the recommended amount to get the full supply of the basics as well as the extras. This tablet has lots of extra stuff besides what an ordinary multiple vitamin contains. And many ingredients listed (especially those in that end of the list without a recommended daily allowance) are superfluous for my own needs; I already take a good many of them in separate capsules. For the duplicates, I might consider dropping my own separate capsules and just counting on those included in the Propax supplement to do the job? Not likely. I looked up the dosages of some of them that are duplicates for me....Here's just one example of what I found: Quercetin. I'm currently taking 500 mg of per day of that one. But with Propax, *if* I were to take all of the tablets within just a single packet, it supplies only 5 mg of Quercetin. My supplement reference ("Solve It With Supplements" by Robert A. Schulman, MD, with Carolyn Dean, MD, ND) says that capsules of 250, 300, or 500 mg are available, and that dosages of 400-500 taken three times a day are often recommended. They also mention that taking Bromelain and Papain enzymes might boost the power of the Quercetin you do take. I also take Bromelain, and have Papain in one of my enzyme tablets. Unfortunately for the consumer, Propax doesn't include those two recommended take-together items to boost the minuscule amount of Quercetin it includes in its packets.I have no way to evaluate the product based on the effectiveness of NT Factor--the real reason I bought it--since I'm not taking the amount of NT Factor that they instruct you to take in order for it to work. These tablets are not going to work for me in any other way either. And, even without considering the shortage delivered here, it seems way overpriced. I'd have to give it a low evaluation, based on my own needs and expectations. I probably should have ordered/tried another NT Factor product, Healthy Aging, but I didn't see it at the time I placed my order, and now I've already spent the money on this ProPax mistake.Your needs could be different than mine, especially if you're healthy and have no real need for more effective dosages of the supplemental extras included at the end of the ingredients listings. And if you're good at swallowing very large things, having so many huge tablets per day to swallow might not matter so much to you either. If all those pills really do work as advertised to make real health improvements, maybe they're not so overpriced as they seem to be to me now. Good luck in good health with whatever strategies you adopt.Mary

Pricey but worth it.
Great vitamins! Love the energy, just a word of warning; take them early. If I take them too late in the day they keep me awake. Shows how effective they are!
