Calming Comfort Cooling Knee Pillow by Sharper Image- Memory Foam with Cooling Gel- Helps Side Sleepers Align Spine

Overall I like the Comfort Cooling Knee Pillow. No problem keeping in place when I roll over. The disappointing thing: They say the cooling gel works well -- It does not. Not near cool enough for what I expected.

I damaged the cartridge in my right knee. It’s a painful deal. I usually sleep on my right side and the weight and pressure of my left leg on my right - painful and wakes me throughout the night.Having the knee pillow is better than a conventional pillow to place between my knees.As long as I don’t move about too much in the night and the knee pillow stays in place all is good.Other than using an Ace bandaged to sort of strap the knee pillow to m right leg, there’s really no way to keep it in place...if I restlessly move in my sleep. That’s really my only issue.In the end, I’m getting more sleep with less pain.

So the Kaiser Permanente "Back Owner's Manual" sez that if you sleep on your side, you should tuck a pillow between your knees/thighs. OK. I did that. This is really just an upgrade on that concept. It keeps your knees from knockin' together - I never really realized the issue until it was solved... hiuh. It actually does feel "cool" - which is nice, but that wears off long before the night is over. The best thing is, that if you've got a real pillow between your knees, it makes it difficult to turn over, and this one is easier to manage. Who knew?

If you have to sleep with a pillow between your legs, this is the one for your! I love mine! It's small, firm, DOES NOT get hot during the night, and therefore, does not stink with body sweat in a few nights! I have flannel sheets for the winter months and this pillow does not snag on the flannel at all! You can roll over with it between and it just glides across the sheets, so you don't have to wake up completely and fight with your covers just to change sides for sleeping.

Great product! I am a side sleeper, always have been. However, after my back injury, sleeping on my side was very uncomfortable and even painful. I ordered this pillow with the hopes that it would give me some relief and it did. I love how the memory foam goes right back into it's original shape, how the cooling effect feels against my skin and the way it aligns my spine, providing me with a comfortable night's sleep. I also like the way it keeps my knees from hitting into one another. The only downside, is that the memory foam has a funny new smell for about 2 weeks, but after that it fades away. I would definitely recommend this!

I have bought four of these. One for myself and my husband and two for other family members. These work so good to relieve the pressure from sciatic or other back discomfort. Easy to keep clean with a zip off cover

The knee pillow works great but the cooling gel is only cool when you first use it. I was using another knee pillow and was satisfied with it with the exception of it making me hot after a little while. I decided to order this one with the cooling gel. I am sadly disappointed with this aspect of the pillow as it isN’t any different. If your looking for a knee pillow I wouldn’t spend the extra money for the cooling gel in this one, but as far as the side sleeping pillow part it works great.

I’m 8 months pregnant and it’s hard to be comfortable while sleeping. Also, it’s the summer and nights are still hot especially when you have to sleep on your side and your legs have to touch one another... This pillow is a lifesaver! With the pillow between my legs, I fall asleep sooo easily. The shape and the cooling gel in the middle really does work! I have tried using one of those long pregnancy pillows, but it was too big and bulky for the bed and not to mention expensive. This knee pillow is way better! I prefer it.
