Legends caravan

Product Warrenty registration
Bought in oct 24 and started using from Jan 25. FM has failed to work from 15 Feb 25.Booked for a service as in warranty. But here I had problem in generating invoice which was demanded by technition.There was only packing slip available as it the order was multiple items.I was directed to use desktop for printing, and to my surprise, again I was directed to the Amazon seller to generate a separate invoice. This was clumsy process.Also the serial number printed in thermal print and pasted in the bottom.Within in one month of using that was become unreadable. As I have preserved the packing carton , I could pick it from there. How ever the service provided and the FM problem resolved, by replacing a spare part.So my suggestion is for new buyers is toAsk for a separate invoice and register for the warranty immediately on receiving the product.So A separate invoice, with

Worst Product quality and poor Amazon support
Worst buying experience with Amazon so far, is with this product. Built-in Speaker didnt work, asked for replacement, they have changed the replacement delivery dates so far 3 times, still product not delivered. It's not worthy product at this price even after ther discount claim. Decided to cancel the order to get refund, Amazon not supporting to cancel this order, no options available in app to cancel product. No clue to reach customer care in this regard.

Device was good, but less warranty period
Device manufacturing and functional was good. Sound quality also great, FM & stored songs are packed in one device. Device warranty period is 6 month only. After 7 month device was not powering on. I registered complaint with techincal team for service, without warranty they asking Rs.800 for service.

PRO: The sound quality is good.Has wide options for wireless connection..Compact and solid built.Bluetooth/ pendrive and FM options favour us towards buying mini carvaan.CONS :Though it claims to have evergreen songs, not all the preloaded songs are a hit. There is minimum options to predict songs or order. Meaning, if i like a song and want to play it again and rewind , the probability that i ll play the same song again is very minimal.The battery power is very low and stands for only 2-3 hours at the max
